想請問各位，由於我需要使用NMOS的BODY當INPUT，
所以想問TSMC0.18um所提供的Deep NWell NMOS LAYOUT要怎麼畫?
它的body又應該從那裡接出來?
呼叫出來的PDK，除了NMOS該有的東西以外，只多了一層來定義DNW，
想請問那BODY是從這裡打DIFF跟CONTACT接出來嗎?但從模擬的結果看起來好像又不是。
有去看過文件檔，但只有說DNW這層外圍還要有NW RING，但沒有清楚講要怎麼畫，
也不知道NW RING要接什麼電壓?
更不知道BODY是從NW RING還是從DNW接出來的?
